Ken Oguzie is the CEO and Managing Director  of ODS Projects and Corporate Services Limited since 2017.   
He has more than 2 decades of extensive experience in developing and managing international partnerships across Africa, Canada, and Europe. He is seasoned in the delivery high-level project management, successfully leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept to execution.
 He brings deep expertise in business consulting, providing strategic advisory services to government institutions, private sector organizations, and academic bodies. He has won numerous international awards especially in his role in fostering cross-border collaborations, driving sustainable growth opportunities, and delivering impactful solutions in diverse global markets.

Prof. Terhemba Wuam is the Director,  Capacity Building/ Learning development of ODS Projects and Corporate Services Limited
He is Professor of Economic History with Kaduna State University, Kaduna, Nigeria. He is a member of the Historical Society of Nigeria and President of the Association for United Asian Scholars, Nigeria. He is an expert in Curriculum design and development. He has served as editor/editorial board member of several journals including being the current editor of Kaduna Journal of Humanities. He is keenly interested in military history and has published on the subject of precolonial defence in Africa, the Nigerian Civil War and the military in political leadership in Nigeria. Some of his publications include Colonialism and the Transition to Modernity in Africa (edited with Joseph D. Mangut and The 1914 Amalgamation and a Century of Nationhood (edited with V. Egwemi). His areas of on-going research interest cover the themes of economic growth and international development, Higher Education Administration,  geopolitics, and social change in Africa and Asia.

Barr. Roseline Ukamaka Nweke, LL.B, B.L, is the Director of Finance for ODS Projects and Corporate Services Limited.

She is a seasoned legal practitioner who was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010. She has developed strong expertise in property law, providing strategic guidance on real estate transactions, land matters, and regulatory compliance.

Her professional scope also extends to business and finance management, where she blends legal knowledge with practical finance and accounting insights.

Known for her precision and analytical approach, Roseline has advised both individuals and corporate clients, helping them protect and grow their assets. She is committed to delivering sound, client-focused solutions with integrity and professionalism. Her experience, coupled with a forward-thinking mindset, positions her as a trusted and strategic member of the team.
